At the 2011 AGM held on the 14th June the student membership category was approved. As well as encouraging student members the Society will also try and encourage not only membership, but also awareness of potential beneficiaries through GP practices. In addition, we want to encourage hospital doctor membership through consultant staff committees at the three district hospitals in the region.

Management Committee

The Management Committee of the Society meets four times each year in February, April, June and September.

Thinking about Joining the Society?

Non members are welcome to contact one of the Committee if they would like to know more about the Society. If you already have contact with a Member and wish to join the Society please complete an application form. Further details about joining the Society can be found on the Membership page.

Members: Please pass on details of the Society to other colleagues. If they are interested in the aims of the Society and wish to join you can help them complete the application form and propose them for membership.
